Digital Servo-Amplifier
for brushless Permanent-Magnet-Motors
for Three-phase Synchronous-Motors
Digital servo converter of the DSV series are suited to drive ENGEL Three-phase Synchronous and ENGEL Brushless Permanent-Magnet-Motors. In addition to torque and speed control they are equipped with a positioning system. The devices evaluate resolver signals to measure the rotor position - sinusoidal currents provide for steady torque.
Optionaly sensorless drive control making use of Prof. Schrödl´s INFORM-Method is possible. The INFORM-Method allows positioning and speed control down to standstill.
The DSV devices feature a CAN interface enabling them to be used in DeviceNet and CANopen networks.

Servo-Amplifier
for brushless Permanent-Magnet-Motors
for Three-phase Synchronous-Motors
Servo-amplifiers of the series ARS arrange the adjustment between electronic and motor and allow high velocity. They are controlling the speed under consideration of the mechanical dynamic and given limits. The fully digital design allows the application also in positioning control wiht extented functions for positioning and synchronization.
